Following an initial introductory meeting with Bridge HR, clients will be ‘interviewed’ to established a detailed and comprehensive brief for the job vacancy. Support with the creation of a Job Description and Personnel Specification will ensure the criteria for the individuals on-going management is in place.
The short-listing and interview process will be developed specifically for each client, to meet the pressures of their business and need for fulfilment.
Regular contact at just the right time will ensure every client is confident and comfortable with progress at every step of the way. In the same manner, candidates are supported, informed and carefully briefed prior to each meeting or interview.
